I just got my new listing at 2076 Fidler Ave pressure washed by Botros Power Washing Co. They did a great job pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk, the walls of the house and cleaned the windows. Mike was great to deal with and straight forward with his proposal (No Bait/ Switch). His crew did such a great job that I had them come and do my house afterwards. Justin from DreamLife Long Beach here to share a couple tips you might want to consider before selling your home. Homes with high curb appeal demand a higher price and usually take less time to sell. Attractive landscape is a easy and cost effective way to make a huge impact. Fresh mulch and some flowers can give your house a rich and new feel to a potential buyer. In the pictures below you will see the before and after affects. This just cost under $50 and took about a hour to do.

Adding a little color with a few flowers can really go a long way.

Local Realtor Justin lives in the "Los Altos" neighborhood in Long Beach and I live in "Old Lakewood City".

We teamed up with local licensed contractor, Tim Majors, to ensure residents received a quality job by a licensed professional. We genuinely care about the families and friends we've grown to know in our neighborhood community. When we made a commitment to farm our resident neighborhoods, we vowed to be useful and informative. Our commitment to building meaningful relationships with our neighbors is something very few Realtors in Long Beach do. Giving back to the neighborhoods that we live and work in, is something we strongly believe in.

Since I live here, you'll see me walking around, not some random "flyer guy"...

Justin and I personally walked around and let our neighbors know what our intentions were, and since we both already knew many of our neighbors over 100 residential addresses signed up for our FREE Curb painting! Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled to give this away for the holiday season.

With summertime winding down we wanted to provide you with a couple tips on how to keep your neighborhood safe for you and your neighbors.

Tip 1. Make sure to always shut and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.

Tip 2. Lock your side gate with a padlock you can purchase at lows or home depot for less then $5.

Tip 3. When out and about walking your dog, or driving to and from your home, make sure to keep an eye out for things that don't look right. If something looks a little off don't be afraid to call the Long beach emergency hotline at 562 435-6711.
